As a proud foster volunteer for Lucky Bulldogs Rescue, Dr.Kaldenberg-Leppert has had the privilege of helping some of the most lovable, resilient dogs find their second chance.
Lucky Bulldogs Rescue is a nonprofit, foster-based organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds such as French Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, and English Bulldogs. These dogs often come from challenging backgrounds—puppy mills, neglectful situations, or owners unable to meet their complex medical needs.
Lucky Bulldogs Rescue is 100% foster-run, every dog lives in a home—not a kennel—while they receive medical care, behavioral support, and all the love they deserve. As a foster, Dr. Kaldenberg-Leppert is able to provide a safe and nurturing space for these pups to heal, grow, and prepare for their forever families.
The work is incredibly rewarding, and the transformation these dogs undergo is nothing short of amazing.
